RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Next Fit hopes that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it. The products must be unworn, in the condition in which you received them and in the original packaging (including the label). Please note: returns are free if you choose an exchange or store credit (+10 euro bonus). An exchange is only eligible for store credit. 1+1 free items can only be returned for exchange or store credit.
As soon as your order has been placed, we will immediately start packing your order.
Belgium and Germany: within 2-3 working days
Other European countries: 3-5 working days
Pre-orders: 7-15 days
Free Shipping and Returns
If the first attempt fails to deliver. We will make another attempt the next day. If you are not home, we will try to deliver the package to your neighbours. If that also fails, no worries: you can collect your package from the nearest post office. PostNL or DHL will of course inform you of the location of the post office.
From the moment the order is delivered, you have a 30-day inspection period. On the return form, you can indicate that the purchase amount should be credited. Your purchase amount will then be refunded to the account with which you paid within 14 working days.

Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
Products from the FINAL SALE category or promotions such as 1+1 free, 2+1 free or other variations thereof are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Returns for exchange or store credit are free.
If you choose a refund to your original payment method, the return costs are for the customer.
After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
